What is Flaashy.com?

Flaashy layouts are pretty nice looking. But how can instal them on my myspace. I don’t have a flash layout- only standard myspace layout.

I’ve been using the FLAASHY layout “FateBook” for over a month. It’s very easily integrated into myspace.
The Flash code is well done, although some templates better than others in my opinion. Some have preloaders, sound effects, good to excellent graphics etc…

In short, these flash templates look and ARE much better than and standard “boring” HTML layout. And they are very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions.

I’m using Faashy “fatebook”. First I realize this code is provide at no cost to me and I thank you for that.

Now my question:

on traditional “html” myspace pages the “schools attended” and “companies worked for” information is displayed if present.

It would be nice if at some time in the future this could be addressed.

Just an idea?

Good day anonymous.I looked at your web It appears to be a collection of customizable templates, flash and “action script” tutorials However, in most cases the Flash application code and possibly even Fireworks and even Dreamweaver
(or some sort of WYSIWYG editor) is required.
You are quit correct…it is a very good site for a person some experience.
In the case of MySpace we require a place to host our .SWF files and access to the myspace info as well.

You can put it on your band page but everything will become distorted. Also made my Myspace music player stop working and had to have the techs at Myspace fix it. Don’t try it!

Hello. I’ve been wanting to use layouts from flaashy.com for a long time now. However, since I want to keep my profile private, I have to add flaashy.com’s myspace in order for me to use the layouts. Then, when I came to add the myspace, I needed to know the myspace’s email address. I left an email over a week ago with no reply. So anyone here who has added flaashy.com lately and they had to add them with an email address, please let me know.

They have best free awesome flash layouts, beautiful flash themes, also easy to edit flash layout and codes.
You mast immediately try flash myspace profile layout if you are still whit the regular or Div overlay layout.

Thats only for about me and WHO ID LIKE TO MEET.
The other fields are regular like default myspace layout.

Hmm… why are people so dumb? They have instructions on where to paste code after you have chosen your layout. It isn’t hard. My 6 yr old cousin can do it. If you take this as something to defend yourself with, then you know I’m right and don’t wanna admit it, otherwise your arrogant.

At the moment, you aren’t able to. It may happen in the future though, if more people ask about them. I’m sure the owner or admin of the site reads the comments here aswell. Although the only thing that isn’t stolen on that site is the flash layouts. Everything else is taken from other sites, and altered.

Why does it take ages for my page to appear? The load screen comes up, reaches 100%, then 2 or 3 minutes later it actually lets me click on something, before then nothing happens…

Simply amazing layouts. The intro aspects of the flash layouts (first 5 seconds) are unreal compared to typical HTML layouts. Nice work!!! One suggestion for the template is allow for “video-photo slide show-music” postings within the Flash player experience as opposed to underneath just above the Friend List.

I’ve noticed too that fate book takes forever to load onto my page yet on the flaaashy myspace page and the actual website, it and others load immediately. I set it up and wanted to show it off and NO one wants to wait 5 minutes to view a layout.

sigh.

So what is going on and when can this be fixed? Also, I see that the flaaashy website is down?

not cool. I may have to find flash layouts elsewhere and NOT lovemyflash.com either. Theirs are just boring compared to here. You all spoiled me….

Flaashy.com is awesome but there are some question i have in installing the layout. I currently got the crimson midnight layout and noticed that after i have pasted the codes, the headline for my page still says “blank”. Is there a way to change this?

I’m having same problem, when I contacted Flaashy.com by email, I only got an auto reply email from them with FAQ. I guess if these layouts are no longer working properly then we should look for alternative layouts!!!

I have just noticed the same issue with the headline and with the “undefined” issue in all of the sections.

I have emailed flaashy on Saturday (8-9-8) but haven’t heard back yet.

I have even tried the other templates, and they all come up the same, i.e., undefined, headline blank, and now my name is coming up as http://www.myspace.com/my user id thing.

Hope to have this fixed soon.

SO I just started using the Quad Screen layout… and for some reason it takes a good minute for me to be able to click on the box to view the stuff. I know it cant be my internet connection cause I have a super fast connection. When went to flaash.com to look at the different profile… the layout loads immediately… does anyone know why it could be taking so long for my profile to load? does anyone else have this problem?

Hmm, well. It sounds like maybe you have too many style tags. MySpace is weird like that. If you get too many style tags, it’ll make it slow.

The best thing to do, is to take out the other style tags, so you only have 1. Flaashy.com has bad coding as it is anyways. It’s un organized. They aren’t even monitored or worked on.

In what I’ve seen… I don’t think they’ll ever fix anything. It’s about money, and they got ads on their site. That’s all the person who runs it, cares about.

I have a really nice layout that I’ve chosen, and I’ve been using it for months. Today, the layout that I have chosen does not come up. The background colors do, but nothing else. It looks as though these kind of problems have happened before, I wonder how long it will takes before this problem gets resolved.

i found out how to make your profile on myspace run alot faster…

delete the in the code in the a who id like to meet section that shows comments and view all friends (it should be the first to paragraghs in the who id like to meet section) so u can hide your view all friends and view comments and now my profile instantly loads i dont have to wait more then half of a second every time!!!

flaashy.com actually uses the same coding that lovemyflash.com uses. So go to supportmyflash.com and check for a fix for your issue. I’m positive it’s there. I found it before. Just don’t remember the exact link.

Ok so im using a flash layout on my page but apparently im still getting blank as my headline im usually good with adjusting html codes to better suit my needs even with flash however i cant seem to ifnd a way to insert a personal headline instead of it reading blank any ideas people ive skimmed the html code several times to no avail and its beginning to bug me lol

I just ran across Flaashy and I love it! But there is one problem I’m having. In the music, films, and books sections, it’s only displaying the last entry. I can have 30 musicians listed that i listen to, but it only shows the last one on the list. Any ideas? Oh, plus my headline isn’t showing up. It just says blank. I’m using the Tech Too layout. Thanks for your help!

Till now flaashy are the best on the web. I can’t find anything similar :) I know what are you thinking, but don’t like love my flash.
